What lifts a bird into the air? What drives a person to his higher purpose?
Any complex construction begins with an idea, any living creature begins with a soul.
Soft feathers of true values - the right to a peaceful life, the opportunity to express yourself, to be yourself, to be a part of your ethnicity, culture, a part of the society to which you belong - are the subtle matters of being, that inner freedom is consists of.
This inner freedom is the driving force of life. But subtle important structures need a strong frame that has enough strength to protect them.
Where does the aspiration to protect them come from? —It comes from the echoes of songs from past generations. Like eternals bird’s hum, freedom is sung in songs. It comes from the codes of the coat of arms, where the word ВОЛЯ (Freedom) is encrypted. It is in the lines of the hymn "we will lay down our soul and body for our freedom", which we murmur with our hands on our hearts. We know that freedom is at the core of our values, and therefore fighting for it is the responsibility of a free person.
This is what unites us in a single strong rope made of many delicate feathers of bird souls.

Čo dvíha vtáka do vzduchu? Čo vedie človeka k jeho vyššiemu účelu?
Akákoľvek zložitá konštrukcia začína myšlienkou, každý živý tvor začína dušou.
Mäkké pierka skutočných hodnôt – právo na pokojný život, možnosť prejaviť sa, byť sám sebou, byť súčasťou svojho etnika, kultúry, súčasťou spoločnosti, do ktorej patríte – sú jemné záležitosti bytie, z ktorého pozostáva vnútorná sloboda.
Táto vnútorná sloboda je hybnou silou života. Ale subtílne dôležité konštrukcie potrebujú pevný rám, ktorý má dostatočnú pevnosť na ich ochranu.
Odkiaľ pochádza túžba chrániť ich? — Pochádza z ozveny piesní minulých generácií. Ako večný bzukot vtákov, sloboda sa spieva v piesňach. Pochádza z kódov erbu, kde je zašifrované slovo ВОЛЯ (Sloboda). Je v riadkoch hymny „za slobodu dušu i telo položíme“, ktorú si spevame s rukou na srdci. Vieme, že sloboda je jadrom našich hodnôt, a preto bojovať za ňu je zodpovednosťou slobodného človeka.
Práve to nás spája v jedinom silnom lane z mnohých jemných pierok vtáčích duší.
